When it is time for you to get your mortgage I will:

  1. Review the interest rate quotes and Good Faith Estimates that you receive to make sure you are not being taken advantage of.
  2. Confirm that you are getting an interest rate that is at or below market. I can show you multiple lender rate sheets to verify whether or not you are getting a good deal.
  3. Give suggestions on making an offer on a home.
  4. Review your HUD settlement sheet prior to closing to make sure that there are no surprises or unnecessary additional fees.
