I work as an advocate for you, by evaluating your mortgage or potential mortgage to make sure that you have the right mortgage and mortgage plan for accomplishing your home ownership and financial goals.
- I provide you with Unbiased, Informative, Educational Advice and Counsel with your best interest in mind.
- I have no ulterior motive to offer you any particular mortgage plan or program. Because you pay me for my advice and counsel and not the bank, lender or mortgage company, I am able to offer you the best advice possible when it comes to financing your home. There is no conflict of interest because I do not obtain a commission by originating loans.

When it is time for you to get your mortgage I will:
- Review the interest rate quotes and Good Faith Estimates that you receive to make sure you are not being taken advantage of.
- Confirm that you are getting an interest rate that is at or below market. I can show you multiple lender rate sheets to verify whether or not you are getting a good deal.
- Give suggestions on making an offer on a home.
- Review your HUD settlement sheet prior to closing to make sure that there are no surprises or unnecessary additional fees.
